Printable Clutch Pre-Registration Forms

Note that clutch preregistrations should ideally be sent during the time when the eggs for those clutches are incubating, and that it is normal to have clutches hatching out over the course of several months. It is OK to send in several preregistration packets during the course of the breeding season.

How-to:

Date - Hatch date need not be exact, an expected or estimated hatch date is fine.

Number in Clutch - If the mass of eggs is uncountable, make an estimate. It is better to overestimate a little.

Registration Forms - You can print out registration forms (for buyers to register their hatchlings) to affix the second set of stickers to snake registration forms.

Is this mandatory for breeders or registered breeders? - No, this is 100% voluntary. We believe it will benefit everyone, so we offer this service for free.

How does it work? - We send you two sets of stickers. One set is to be put on the deli cups of the hatchlings. The other is to be affixed to a registration form, and given (with the form) to the buyer when the snake is purchased.

Why should I pre-register my clutches? - By preregistering your clutches, you have a tangible form to send with each hatchling and ensure the new buyer has the correct information to keep the family tree complete. This increases the odds that the buyer will go on to register their snake and keep the family tree growing and you've provided a service to the buyer by having vital information readily available on the form. We hope this will help simplify the process for both the buyer and the seller.

What do I do with the stickers you sent me? - The two sets of stickers with individual hatchling numbers are used as follows: Set 1 is put on the deli cups to identify the hatchlings. Set 2 is put on blank registration forms. You can fill out parts of these forms, such as the color/pattern/genotype, for the buyers if you wish to do so. When a buyer purchases a snake from you, you give them the deli cup with the sticker on it (for their records) and the registration form with the matching sticker on it, for them to send to the ACR to register their snake.
