ACR - Upload Registration Pictures

Upload ID Photos

Picture requirements:
· Please upload your photos before mailing your paperwork.
· All records must contain a dorsal ID photograph. It should show the snake's dorsal pattern from head to vent.
· All snakes that are listed as having "Plain" or "Uncheckered" belly pattern require a second photo showing the belly. Ideally it should show the snake's belly from head to vent, but pictures showing most of the belly are acceptable. The easiest way to get such a picture is to put the snake in a clear-bottom deli cup.

· Must be in jpg format, 2 megabytes or less:
· Picture will be automatically resized to fit within 800 X 600 pixels.
· Cannot contain any added text, logos, watermarks, advertising, or obscene material.
· Keep in mind, these photos will appear on other peoples' pedigrees. Please exercise courtesy in choosing photo backgrounds.

There are many free image editing tools online. CamToForum is recommended for preparing your ACR photos. It is a great help in getting your pictures ready to upload, and it's what we use here.

** We need to be able to match up the pictures to the paper forms. If you have more than one snake without a unique "name" on the form, please write A, B, C etc or 1, 2, 3, etc in the gray area on the tops of the forms and use that unique code for the "name" of the uploaded pic.
